Content & Takedown Policy
This policy governs how third-party content (screenshots, names, logos, and descriptions of waitlist pages) is included on Waitlist Gallery, and how you can request removal.
1. Why We Display Screenshots of Third-Party Pages
Waitlist Gallery operates as a curated design inspiration gallery and public directory. Screenshots of publicly accessible waitlist pages are included either because:
- The product’s founder or an authorized representative submitted it directly, granting the license described in our Terms of Service; or
- The page was curated by our team from publicly accessible websites for design indexing, commentary, and reference, linking directly back to the original source.
We do not display private, paywalled, or login-restricted content, and we always provide clear attribution and a direct link to the founder’s live page.
2. Removal Requests
If you are the founder, owner, or authorized representative of a product displayed in our gallery and wish to have your listing removed for any reason, email us at support@waitlistgallery.com with:
- The URL of the listing on Waitlist Gallery you want removed.
- Verification of your relationship to the product or domain (e.g. email sent from your domain or proof of ownership).
- Your preferred confirmation email.
We review and process legitimate removal requests within 2 to 3 business days. We verify ownership prior to removal simply to prevent unauthorized or bad-faith requests from third parties.
3. Copyright / Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content on Waitlist Gallery infringes your copyright or trademark rights, please send a written notice to support@waitlistgallery.com containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work claimed to be infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on our Site where the material appears.
- Your contact information (name, organization, email address, and telephone number).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we act promptly to review and remove or disable access to the relevant content.
4. Counter-Notices
If your listing was removed and you believe this occurred in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@waitlistgallery.com stating your ownership details and a good-faith explanation. We evaluate counter-notices on an individual basis.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit unauthorized or infringing material.
6. Contact
All takedown and content inquiries should be directed to support@waitlistgallery.com.
